This beautiful, vacation condo also boasts gulf front balcony access from the open living room area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views and those unforgettable sunsets. Other features of this fashionable vacation unit include an updated coastal decor, a full-size refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you need to prepare that perfect meal for the family. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

We come to Panama City Beach every August to meet up with my best friend and her family. The last few years I just booked a hotel close to where they would stay as they've found a home they love and rent every year. So I thought I'd try the same thing. I spent weeks going through hundreds of properties and narrowed it down to 3, couldn't decide so literally (no joke) did eenie-meenie-miney-moe! Well it worked and fate nailed it!!!! This place was outstanding!! The pictures don't do it any justice! It's even more beautiful in person...and the view...holy cow the view!!!!! Not only is this a gorgeous, spacious, clean condo, but it's on the PERFECT floor (in my opinion) and getting to our place was a breeze every single time. The elevators run like clockwork and the ONLY single time you MIGHT have to wait a bit longer than usual is at 4 pm when people are checking in. However the staff in incredible and keep things moving very quickly and efficiently, so it doesn't last long. There were way more amenities than we were expecting which was such a great surprise! I'd love to name them all but if Tonya does that on purpose to keep you on your toes, than who am I to ruin that? :-) I'm telling you though....you will be BLOWN AWAY with what this place has on it's premises and what they offer to the guests and people living there! We stayed for 5 nights and it wasn't near long enough for me! I was in such Heaven I didn't want to leave! If the kids didn't have to start school that following Monday, and nobody else was coming in behind us, then I would have 100% extended our vacation another week! I have the most amazing photos and better than that, memories, that will last a lifetime and I cannot wait to return! Our family has definitely found our place to stay when we come next August. If you're on the fence about where to stay, I'm telling you...go ahead and pull the plug and stay here!!! You will not regret it!!Everything was literally absolutely PERFECT!!!!!!
Great access to beach and amenities! Great location opposed to the front beach traffic. Elevators and wait time are crazy! Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes most times!
The condo was very nice. The communication was great. The only reason the stars for us was a little lower was unfortunately we did not sleep well as we thought the bed was very uncomfortable. The one side was sunk in feeling and our backs hurt. We woke up often. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
