Sterling Breeze 701

My husband and I made a quick 5-day trip to PCB. This was our first time staying at Sterling Breeze. We will definitely return! Our condo was perfect!! First of all, it’s an end unit and, although it was near the elevators for convenience, it was quiet and secluded from the other units. The condo is quite large and it would be perfect for a large family or 2 families. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms were amazing!! There are 3 large bathrooms. The master and the other bedroom are en suites. There is a 3rd bedroom in the back of the condo with 4 bunk beds, which would be perfect for the kids. There’s enough separation to allow both privacy and quiet for everyone. The kitchen was well-appointed and large. We loved the refrigerator because it had a large ice maker. The kitchen was updated and modern. The living room area was large with comfy furniture. The decor in the entire condo was beachy and absolutely lovely! The balcony was amazing! It was large with ample seating. The views were magnificent!! The sunsets were gorgeous and it was so relaxing sitting there with a glass of wine. I loved that there wasn’t a balcony right next to us. It was very private and quiet. You can see Pier Park from the balcony and it’s actually close enough to walk to if you’re so inclined. We drove there twice to eat dinner. There were so many places to dine and shop. It would be perfect for kids! The amenities at Sterling Breeze are great! We enjoyed sitting by the pool. I would give this condo more than 5 stars if I could!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was so nice and clean when we arrived. High tide is the best to work with. They made the process so easy! We will definitely be back to sterling breeze.

We had a wonderful family trip here. The location right on the beach can't be beaten, and having two beach chairs included was a great bonus. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and parking was convenient and stress-free throughout our stay. Note on the elevators: they can get crowded at times, but they move very fast.<br/>During our stay, we ran into a few maintenance items—a light bulb near the shower, a persistent smell in the middle bathroom, and a kitchen leak linked to the dryer condensation line. The host handled it all wonderfully: they were fast to reply, extremely attentive, and kept in touch while coordinating with maintenance. Despite the minor issues, the host's stellar communication ensured we still had a great experience.
