September, 2025 we stayed at the Palazzo, unit 606. Unit 606 is nice updated condo. Has beautiful large beachfront view from both the sitting room and master bedroom. It has a bunkhouse for kids with plenty of room up to 3 small kids or 2 larger kids. 
The master bedroom is large with the bathroom having two separate dressing areas and a good size closet. Nice updated large shower with self standing tub. Second full size bath & bedroom are plenty big enough, not tiny bath & bedrooms.
Kitchen isn’t huge but there’s plenty of room with a bar and a very nice size kitchen table. 
I don’t see where you can go wrong with this unit. 
The parking deck & beach are easily accessible and you’re close to many restaurants with McGuires Irish Pub & a candy store being right across the street. 
So fun & great memories for many.
