The Palazzo Resort is in a quiet area of Panama City Beach and has fewer units making it super quiet and cozy. It has a convenient elevator, beach and pool access with lower level parking. The resort is immaculately clean and the staff are accommodating and kind. Unit 1103 is beautiful! The decor is breathtaking! It's clean, spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable. The 11th floor private balcony is furnished with comfy chairs and a large table for breakfast, lunch and sunset dining. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including an amazing coffee maker and toaster oven. The king size bed in the master is perfectly firm! The jacuzzi tub in the master bath is a sweet bonus. This resort and unit is a favorite and we will visit as often as possible. I can't express how accommodating, kind and helpful Tonya is. She's the best manager we've had so far! This is super important when something needs to be addressed quickly. Our stay deserves a 10 star review!"
